Effective April 26, 2012, following its annual general meeting, Beiersdorf will operate under a new corporate leader. Stefan F. Heidenreich, current CEO of the Hero Group, will become CEO of Beiersdorf. Thomas-B. Quaas, who has been CEO of Beiersdorf since 2005, will then be elected to the supervisory board. Quaas has spent more than 33 years with the company. Heidenreich has been CEO of the Hero Group since 2002, and has been largely responsible for its rise as a leading global manufacturer of baby foods and jams.
